Offer detailed information about Arduino products, features, and benefits.

Manage and handle online orders efficiently.

Call customers to confirm details, address queries, and provide updates.

Fulfill customer orders accurately and on time.

Monitor competitor activity and market trends to suggest improvements.

Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management.

Requirements:

Freshers or 1+ years of experience in sales, preferably in electronics or retail.

Exposure to electronic components and basic engineering skills.

Basic English listening and speaking skills.

Strong communication skills and customer-focused attitude.

Proficient in MS Office and familiar with CRM tools.

Energetic, target-driven, and willing to take initiative.
