The 5th floor consists of 4 double rooms, 3 separate bathrooms, a living room and a reception area. The homestay also includes 2 linen rooms with ironing facilities, a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator and other facilities, and a staff room with a bathroom.
A small section of the rooftop is currently leased to Dialog for a telecommunications tower, providing monthly rental income until January 2029, with the possibility of extending the agreement.
