To rent a car, you need:
Valid driving licence
ID Valid ID proof (NIC/Passport)
Billing proof (e.g., utility bill)
One person as a guarantor & their ID/billing proof
Upfront payment of the planned rental period plus a refundable deposit is required. You can pay by cash or via online transfer
