Rare Citizen Attesa Titanium Genuine watch

- Extreamly rare blue luminous dial.
- Solar powered watch.
- Not a single scratch. Haven't used much. Kept inside the box most of the time.
Issues: since it was inside the box, it needs continuous light to keep time. Else it will stop around 1-2hrs. I think solar battery is somewhat dead. Checked with a local shop and they said the battery costs around 4000. Im not going to replace the battery as this is original and not even opened.
