The climate here is cooler by about 4° compared to Colombo, with October to January bringing the monsoon season. Its moderate altitude means more sunshine than mist, and the area has minimal mosquito presence due to its balanced climate.

Cloves: 15-20 tons annually
Tea: 2 acres
Coconuts: 1,200 nuts every two months
Arecanut: 500,000 annually

Durian : LKR 1.5 M to LKR 2.0 M annually
Coffee : 2,000 Kg's annually
Additionally, the estate boasts nutmeg, mace, cardamom, coffee, cocoa, vanilla, cinnamon, and a range of fruits like banana, durian, mango, and mangosteen. Crops are cultivated together in a symbiotic setup, enhancing growth and producing unique aromas.
Livestock
Originally a goat stable, the farm now accommodates chickens and ducks.
