Job Description:
SITC Campus is seeking a dedicated WhatsApp Support Agent to manage customer inquiries and provide exceptional service via WhatsApp. This role requires strong written communication skills, especially in Sinhala, as the primary mode of communication will be chatting in Sinhala.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries in Sinhala and English through WhatsApp in a timely and efficient manner.
- Resolve customer issues, provide information about services, and assist with enrollments and other requests.
- Update customer information in our internal system.
- Collaborate with the team to escalate unresolved queries to the relevant department.
- Monitor and report feedback from customers to ensure high satisfaction rates.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in written Sinhala and English.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Prior experience in customer support (preferred but not required).
- Familiarity with WhatsApp and basic computer skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle high volumes of chats.
Salary:
LKR 45,000 per month
