💼 Your Responsibilities
✅ Handle customer inquiries via Phone, WhatsApp & Social Media
✅ Assist customers with orders and product information
✅ Resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently
✅ Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing
✅ Follow up with customers and ensure excellent service
✅ Build strong customer relationships and deliver an outstanding experience
👩💼 Requirements
✔ Female (Age 21–27)
✔ G.C.E. O/L or equivalent qualification
✔ Good communication skills in Sinhala & English
✔ Tamil language is an added advantage
✔ Minimum 1 year of experience is preferred
✔ Basic computer knowledge
✔ Friendly personality with excellent communication skills
