Qualifications – Sous Chef (Western and Italian)
•Minimum of 3 – 5 years of experience in similar capacity.
•Experience in controlling food cost, Menu development and pricing.
•Excellent communication skills.
•Advanced Knowledge of HACCP and risk assessment
practices.
•Should ensure the quality of food, presentation and taste.
•Pastry and bakery knowledge would be an added advantage.
Job Role
•You will be required to manage all aspects of the kitchen including menu planning, staffing, purchasing and inventory management.
•Responsible for overall food cost control whilst maintaining standards and following procedures.
