Snow Soft (Pvt) Ltd is a leading software solutions provider specializing in Laboratory Systems, POS Systems, Hospital Systems, and other web-based & mobile applications. We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Executive to strengthen our market presence and drive business growth.
Responsibilities:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the IT and software solutions sector.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Promote company products such as POS, Hospital, Laboratory, and Web/Mobile solutions.
• Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies.
• Prepare proposals, conduct presentations, and negotiate contracts.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Requirements:
• Age: 22 – 35 years
• Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, marketing, or sales (preferably in the IT/software industry).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tools will be an advantage.
