About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our growing fashion family 💫
If you have experience in bookkeeping, invoicing, inventory handling, and accounting operations, we would love to hear from you.
🔸 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
✔ Maintain daily bookkeeping and accounting records
✔ Handle petty cash and cash flow management
✔ Prepare daily sales and expense reports
✔ Assist with invoicing, inventory maintaining, and account reconciliations
✔ Coordinate with sales representatives and internal teams
✔ Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records
✔ Ensure accuracy and confidentiality in all financial transactions
✔ Assist with general administrative and accounting duties
🔸 REQUIREMENTS
✔ Minimum 1–2 years of experience in invoicing, inventory maintaining, coordinating with sales representatives, or similar capacity
✔ AAT, CA, CIMA, ACCA, or other accounting-related professional qualifications would be an added advantage
✔ Experience in handling petty cash and daily accounting activities
✔ Good communication skills in Sinhala and English
✔ Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations
✔ Good organizational and time management skills
✔ Positive and creative attitude would be an added qualification
✔ Ability to work independently and responsibly
✔ Previous experience in the retail or fashion industry would be an added advantage
