Warehouse Assistant - Narahenpita

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Warehouse Data Entry Operator to join our team. The main focus of this role is creating and verifying Goods Received Notes (GRNs) and keeping warehouse records accurate and up to date.

What You’ll Do

• Record and update GRNs in the inventory or ERP system

• Match deliveries with purchase orders and report any discrepancies

• Maintain organized documentation for easy reference

• Support stock reconciliations and periodic inventory checks

• Prepare reports as required by management

• Work closely with warehouse, procurement, and accounts teams

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in warehouse data entry or inventory control

• Familiarity with GRNs, purchase orders, and invoices

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Proficiency in MS Excel and warehouse or ERP systems (e.g., SAP, MyPOS, Tally, etc.)

• Reliable, organized, and good at communicating with team members
