Job Role
Responsible for the smooth coordination and supervision of ward operations, ensuring a clean, organized, and efficient environment for patient care. The Ward Master will support nursing and housekeeping teams, oversee ward maintenance, and ensure adherence to hospital standards and protocols.
Requirements
G.C.E. O/L or higher educational qualification
Minimum 6 years of experience in a hospital or healthcare environment.
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to supervise and coordinate ward staff effectively
Good organizational and problem-solving skills
Willingness to work on a roster basis, including weekends and holidays
