Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service
- Greet and seat guests with warmth and professionalism.
- Present menus, explain specials, and answer questions about food and beverages.
- Take accurate orders and relay them promptly to the kitchen.
- Serve food and drinks efficiently, ensuring guest satisfaction.
Dining Area Management
- Set up tables with proper cutlery, glassware, and napkins.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area.
- Clear tables quickly and reset them for new guests.
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
- Communicate guest requests, dietary restrictions, or special needs.
- Assist colleagues during busy shifts.
Payments & Closing Duties
- Present bills and process payments accurately.
- Assist with end-of-day cleaning, restocking, and closing procedures.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required—training will be provided.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
