Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service
- Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables.
- Present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately.
- Serve meals and drinks promptly and professionally.
- Table & Dining Area Management
- Ensure tables are clean, properly set, and ready for guests.
- Clear tables efficiently after meals.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area.
- Team collaboration
- Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure timely service.
- Communicate guest requests or special dietary needs.
- Support fellow team members during busy shifts.
- Payment & Closing Duties
- Present bills and process payments accurately.
- Assist with end-of-day cleaning and restocking.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required—training will be provided.
- Some fluency in English
- Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
