Key Responsibilities and Duties
Guest Service: Welcoming guests, presenting menus, answering questions, and providing recommendations.
Order Taking & Serving: Accurately taking food/beverage orders, relaying them to the kitchen/bar, and delivering items promptly.
Table Maintenance: Clearing, cleaning, and resetting tables throughout the service.
Payment Processing: Handling cash and credit card transactions accurately.
Safety & Compliance: Maintaining cleanliness, adhering to food safety, and safety regulations.
Teamwork: Assisting with opening/closing tasks and supporting colleagues during busy periods.
