We are searching for retired Army / Navy / Air Force personnel with a knowledge of handling the entire security operation in our Kurunegala / Mawathagama / Melsiripura / Hettipola / Nikaweratiya Areas.
Remuneration can be discussed with experience and knowledge.
කුරුණෑගල / මාවතගම / මෙල්සිරිපුර / හෙට්ටිපොල / නිකවැරටිය ප්රදේශවල සමස්ත ආරක්ෂක මෙහෙයුම මෙහෙයවීම පිළිබඳ දැනුමක් ඇති විශ් රාමික යුද හමුදා / නාවික / ගුවන් හමුදා සාමාජිකයින් සොයමින් සිටිමු.
වේතනය අත්දැකීම් හා දැනුම සමඟ සාකච්ඡා කළ හැකිය.
Duties
1) Handling the day today security operation with minimum shortages and complaints
2) Ability to recruit security officers and organizing recruitment programme.
3) Undertaking training programmes to train the security staff
4) Handling the clients and attending to the security meetings.
5) Marketing new business and organizing new business campaigns
6) Monitoring of welfare, meals and lodging facilities of security staff
7) Handling general Administration in the branch office.

3) ආරක්ෂක කාර්ය මණ්ඩලය පුහුණු කිරීම සඳහා පුහුණු වැඩසටහන් සිදු කිරීම
4) ගනුදෙනුකරුවන් හැසිරවීම සහ ආරක්ෂක රැස්වීම්වලට සහභාගී වීම.
5) නව ව්‍යාපාර අලෙවි කිරීම සහ නව ව්‍යාපාර ව්‍යාපාර සංවිධානය කිරීම
6) ආරක්ෂක කාර්ය මණ්ඩලයේ සුභසාධනය, ආහාර සහ නවාතැන් පහසුකම් අධීක්ෂණය කිරීම
7) ශාඛා කාර්යාලයේ සාමාන්‍ය පරිපාලනය හැසිරවීම.
