✨ JOB ROLE:
We are looking for an experienced UK Payroll Specialist to join our growing UK Payroll Delivery Team.
🔹 Process end-to-end UK payroll
🔹 Handle starters, leavers, salary changes, overtime, bonuses & deductions
🔹 Calculate PAYE, National Insurance & pensions
🔹 Prepare and submit RTI filings (FPS/EPS)
🔹 Perform payroll validation & reconciliation
🔹 Handle client & employee payroll queries
🔹 Maintain knowledge of UK payroll legislation & HMRC guidance
🔹 Support and guide junior payroll team members
🎓 QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
✅ Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, HR or related field
✅ OR professional qualification such as ACCA / CIMA / AAT / CA Sri Lanka
✅ 2–3 years hands-on UK Payroll Processing experience
💻 TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE
✅ PAYE & Tax Codes
✅ National Insurance & Pensions
✅ P32 Reconciliation & P60 Preparation
✅ RTI – FPS / EPS
✅ Auto-enrolment & Re-enrolment
✅ SSP / SMP & statutory payments
✅ Student Loans & Attachment of Earnings Orders

✅ National Minimum / Living Wage checks
✅ Holiday Pay
