Qualification & Skills:
Minimum of 3 years 5 Years of work experience in a travel agency
Proficiency in using GDS (Issuance and Reissuance)
Bachelor’s Degree: In Travel and Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related fields.
Certifications: IATA, CTA, or other industry-specific certifications.
Familiarity with CRM software for client and booking management
Relevant Experience: Extensive experience in the travel industry, with demonstrated expertise in travel booking systems and client management.
Fluency in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
