Requirements
• Experience in Transportation helpdesk operations and processes
• Strong Administration Skills
• Reporting - Prepare daily / weekly reports as required on Transport requests and vehicular movements.
• Experience in Routing, Vehicle tracking, MIS, Compliance and all transport related queries.
• Ability to work long hours and perform effectively under pressure.
Duties
• Direct activities related to routing, and tracking transportation of staff vehicles.
• Plan, organize and manage the work of subordinate staff
• Ensure that the work is accomplished in a manner consistent with organizational requirements.
• Direct investigations to verify and resolve customer
• Promote safe work activities and organize, maintain vehicals and related matters.
