Job Responsibilities:
Handle inquiries received via phone and social media platforms
Follow up on customer inquiries and leads
Company Document Handling
Maintain accurate call and lead records
Achieve assigned daily and monthly targets
Requirements:
Preference will be given to candidates residing in the Kurunegala Area
Age between 18 – 35 years
Good communication skills in Sinhala (English is an advantage)
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office)
Ability to handle inquiries from Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and other social media platforms
Prior experience is an advantage
Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn
