Trainee Admin Associate

The Trainee Admin Associate plays a key role in supporting the efficient day-to-day operations of the organization. This entry-level position is designed for individuals at the early stage of their careers who are eager to gain practical experience in administration, business operations, and financial services.

Key Responsibilities

*Provide day-to-day administrative support to the team

*Maintain and update records, files, and databases

*Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally

*Assist in document preparation, formatting, and filing

*Coordinate meetings, appointments, and schedules

*Support compliance and documentation processes

*Assist with data entry and report preparation

*Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders when required

*Perform general office duties (photocopying, scanning, filing, etc.)

*Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, or related field (or currently studying)

*Strong communication skills English will be an advantage(written and verbal)

*Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

*Good organizational and time-management skills

*Attention to detail and accuracy

*Willingness to learn and take initiative
