Key Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer support through various channels (phone, email, social media).

Assist customers with technical issues and offer solutions promptly.

Utilize IT knowledge to resolve system, software, and hardware queries.

Develop engaging social media content and manage online customer interactions.

Create visually appealing materials using graphic design tools.

Ensure smooth customer experiences by managing queries efficiently.

Qualifications:

Fluent in English, and knowledge of Spanish, German, or Hindi is a plus.

Strong IT knowledge (software troubleshooting, system management).
