Store Keeper – Restaurant

Receive, inspect, and store all food items, beverages, and supplies.

Maintain accurate stock levels and update inventory records daily.

Issue materials to kitchen and service departments as required.

Ensure proper storage conditions (temperature, cleanliness, labeling).

Conduct periodic stock counts and report shortages or variances.

Follow FIFO (First In, First Out) method.

Coordinate with suppliers for timely deliveries.

Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the store area.
