We are looking for a motivated Telecalling Assistant to contact potential customers and assist them with opening bank accounts
Location : Colombo 3
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers
Introduce and explain bank account opening services to customers
Assist customers with the account opening process
Collect and verify required customer information
Follow up with interested customers to complete the account opening
Maintain accurate records of calls and customer details
Requirements:
Good communication skills
Ability to speak Tamil, Sinhala, and basic English will be an advantage
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, data entry, email)
Ability to handle customers politely and professionally
