We are seeking a Technical Officer with proven experience as a Technical Officer to oversee construction activities of an apartment building site located in Ja-Ela. Must have experience in managing building projects and ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage day-to-day construction activities on-site.
Ensure compliance with construction plans, specifications, and safety regulations.
Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other site workers to ensure timely project completion.
Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality standards.
Monitor progress of the construction and provide regular update to managers.
Resolve on-site technical issues promptly and effectively.
Must have the ability to work independently with minimum supervision and able to work long hours when necessary
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Technician in the construction industry.
Strong understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, and project management.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Relevant certifications in related field is preferred.
Must be a candidate residing in Gampaha District.
