We are Hiring – Technical Assistant (Construction Site Management)

Location: Kandy – Gurudeniya Office

We are looking for a Technical Assistant to oversee all day-to-day activities at our construction site. The ideal candidate will coordinate workers, subcontractors, and resources to ensure the project is completed safely, on schedule, and within the approved budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily site operations

Manage labor teams and subcontractors

Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to plans and safety standards

Assist in resource allocation and material management

Support the project team with documentation and reporting
