【】✪ Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail sales supervisory or team leader role.

【】✪ Proven ability to lead and motivate a sales team to achieve monthly targets.

【】✪ Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

【】✪ Ability to handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively.

【】✪ Computer literacy and experience in POS or ERP systems will be an added advantage.

【】✪ Manage billing, reporting, and cash handling procedures accurately.

【】✪ Coordinate with the Showroom Manager and Head Office on inventory and staffing requirements.

【】✪ Prepare daily sales reports and provide performance feedback to the management.

【】✪ Implement company policies, sales promotions, and standard operating procedures effectively.
