Talent Acquisition Executive

We are looking for an energetic Talent Acquisition Executive to support our local and overseas recruitment.

### Key Responsibilities

* Source candidates locally and overseas

* Find candidates through job sites, Facebook, LinkedIn, social media, referrals and other channels

* Post job advertisements and manage applications

* Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews

* Contact and follow up with candidates

* Build and maintain a candidate database

* Find new ways to attract more candidates

* Coordinate interviews and support the hiring process

### Requirements

* Experience in recruitment, HR or candidate sourcing preferred

* Good communication skills in **English and Sinhala**

* **Ability to speak Mandarin Chinese will be a strong advantage**

* Tamil language skills will be an added advantage

* Good knowledge of social media and online recruitment

* Confident in communicating with candidates

* Proactive, organized and target-oriented

* Ability to work independently

We need someone who can **actively find and approach candidates**, both locally and overseas, rather than only waiting for applications.
