DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist the unit head with the production process as needed.
Ensure compliance to BRC, FSSC 22000, ISO 9001, IFS and other certification requirements within the department.
Ensure application of Food Safety, Quality compliance requirement at all times with integrity within your scope and your team as applicable.
Ensure worker safety while at work.
Ensure your work area/ production/storage areas are kept neat, tidy and cleaned every time and label them as appropriate manner. (Follow 5S standards)
Assist to carry outside productions, LCL & Air Freight Cargo Handing over.
Suggest improvements and solutions to improve work environment, food safety, productivity, etc.
