Supervisor - Piliyandala

*Minimum of 2–5 years of experience in printing, specifically with dye sublimation.

*Previous experience in a leadership, supervisory, or team lead role.

*Solid understanding of the sublimation process, including heat transfer, fabric types, and ink management.

*Proficiency in operating and troubleshooting large-format printers and heat press machinery.

*Knowledge of color management, including color theory and ICC profiles.

*Strong organizational and leadership abilities to manage production schedules and deadlines.

*Ability to train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and quality standards.

*Strong attention to detail for quality control, including color matching and checking for defects like ghosting or banding.
