Production Supervisor

*3-5 years in garment manufacturing; 1-2 years in a supervisory role.

*Deep knowledge of sewing machines, garment construction, and sewing operations.

*Ability to perform line balancing to ensure flow, manage production schedules, and conduct quality inspections.

*Ability to manage, motivate, and train staff.

*Capability to handle production bottlenecks and troubleshoot machinery issues.

*Ability to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines.
