01. Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in furniture manufacturing, production, or showroom operations.
02. Diploma or relevant qualification in Furniture, Carpentry, Interior Design, or a related field.
03. Good knowledge of furniture materials, fittings, hardware, and finishing methods.
04. Ability to read and understand furniture drawings and designs.
05. Experience supervising furniture production, installation, and finishing work.
06. Ability to manage and coordinate carpenters, installers, and other workers.
07. Strong knowledge of quality control and attention to detail.
08. Ability to monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion.
09. Coordinate with designers, customers, suppliers, and site teams.
10. Check measurements and ensure furniture is installed according to approved designs.
11. Maintain proper records of materials, work progress, and completed projects.
12. Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
13. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
14. A valid driving license will be an added advantage.
