01. Minimum of 2–3 years of experience as a Site Supervisor in the construction industry.
02. Diploma or relevant qualification in Civil Engineering, Construction, or a related field.
03. Good knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site procedures.
04. Ability to read and understand architectural, structural, and engineering drawings.
05. Strong knowledge of site supervision and construction quality standards.
06. Ability to supervise and coordinate workers, subcontractors, and site activities.
07. Ensure construction work is completed according to approved drawings and specifications.
08. Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed within the required schedule.
09. Conduct regular site inspections and identify construction issues.
10. Maintain proper records of materials, labor, and daily site activities.
11. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and site regulations.
12. Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
13. Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
14. A valid driving license will be an added advantage.
