We are looking for a highly organized, responsible, and experienced Stores Assistant Manager to support and oversee store operations, stock handling, and team coordination within our retail & warehouse environment.

💠 𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐏𝐎𝐍𝐒𝐈𝐁𝐈𝐋𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐄𝐒 :
【~】✪ Assist in managing overall store & warehouse operations
【~】✪ Supervise stock receiving, issuing, and storage processes
【~】✪ Maintain accurate inventory records & ensure system updates
【~】✪ Check stock movements and ensure proper documentation
【~】✪ Conduct daily, weekly & monthly stock counts
【~】✪ Monitor slow-moving & fast-moving stock and report to management
【~】✪ Coordinate with Purchasing, Showroom & Online teams
【~】✪ Ensure proper packaging, tagging & dispatching
【~】✪ Train and guide Stores & Packaging staff
【~】✪ Maintain cleanliness, safety, and security in the stores area
【~】✪ Prepare daily/weekly reports for management review
💠 𝐂𝐀𝐍𝐃𝐈𝐃𝐀𝐓𝐄 𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐅𝐈𝐋𝐄 :
【~】✪ Minimum 2–4 years of experience in stores/warehouse operations
【~】✪ Prior supervisory or team-lead experience is an advantage
【~】✪ Strong knowledge of stock management & documentation
【~】✪ Excellent communication, leadership & coordination skills
【~】✪ Ability to work under pressure and multitask
【~】✪ Computer literacy with MS Excel & inventory systems
【~】✪ Honest, reliable, and detail-oriented
