Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in storekeeping, inventory control, or warehouse operations. With strong leadership and prior experience in mobile phone or electronics industry.
- Basic educational qualifications (G.C.E. A/L or equivalent). Theoretical knowledge in warehouse, inventory management through certifications or diploma.
- Hands-on experience with: ERP systems, Microsoft Excel, PDA scanning, Mobile applications.
- Knowledge of stock handling, FIFO methods and cycle counting.
- Ability to coordinate with sales teams, customers, and internal departments. Proficient in writing emails, reports, and inventory summaries.
අනිවාර්ය සුදුසුකම්
- ගබඩා රැකවරණය, තොග පාලනය හෝ ගබඩා මෙහෙයුම් (warehouse operations) වෙතින් අවම වශයෙන් වසර 2–3ක පළපුරුද්ද; ජංගම දුරකථන හෝ ඉලෙක්ට්රොනික උපාංග කර්මාන්තයේ පෙර අත්දැකීම් සහ නායකත්ව ගුණාංග තිබිය යුතුය.
- මූලික අධ්යාපන සුදුසුකම් (G.C.E. A/L හෝ සමාන). ගබඩා සහ තොග කළමනාකරණය පිළිබඳ සහතිකයක් හෝ ඩිප්ලෝමා තිබීම වඩාත් වාසිදායක වේ.
- ERP පද්ධති, Microsoft Excel, PDA ස්කෑන කිරීම සහ ජංගම යෙදුම් භාවිතයේ ප්රායෝගික පළපුරුද්ද.
- තොග හැසිරවීම, FIFO ක්රමය සහ චක්ර ගණන් කිරීම (cycle counting) පිළිබඳ දැනීම.
- විකුණුම් කණ්ඩායම්, ගනුදෙනුකරුවන් හා ආභ්යන්තර අංශ සමඟ සමන්විතව කටයුතු කළ හැකි හැකියාව; ඊ-තැපැල් ලිවීම, වාර්තා සකස් කිරීම සහ තොග සාරාංශ ඉදිරිපත් කිරීමට පළපුරුද්ද.
