Software Engineer

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Implement strategies for the team to manage the software development process for potentially identified products and services that would add benefit to us.

• Direct teams to deliver required feature/functionality/quality with proper guidelines to assure the overall quality of the products and is sustained as planned.

• Make sure teams have formulated proper validations to ensure the proper documentation is done in accordance with industry standards, and provide necessary guidelines to be followed by third-party developers

• Manage software quality assurance, striving to achieve a high level and independent verification of software reliability

• Promote the use of innovative technologies that will provide benefits to the organization. Lad the introduction of new technologies, web, backend and dev-ops.

• Analyse software designs and implementations from a security perspective and identify and resolve security issues strictly adhering to the organization's security and privacy policies.

• Responsible for making sure teams are enforcing procedures and frameworks to run the operational systems smoothly with a minimum service impact & Responsible that teams will develop bug fixes and patches as and when required to maintain a resilient network service with proper version release management.

• Leading, motivating and directing the staff to deliver targets of the entire portfolio while conducting periodic review of their performance and development needs.

QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

• BSc degree in engineering in Electronics & Telecommunication/Electrical/Mechanical /Civil/Computer from a recognized University (accredited by the relevant body of the relevant country)

• 1-2 years of experience in the field of Telecommunications & one or more Years of experience in software development and architecture.

• Analytical skills and interpreting skills
