Available Positions: Social Media Marketing and Operations Executive
Responsibilities:
Managing day-to-day operations, including sales overlook, market creations for the products, processing and handling online orders
Creating marketing plans and achieving targets after discussion with the high management
Should be able to manage the social media pages including creating promotions, content creation and customer communication.
Handling sales data and managing ERP-related tasks
Overseeing stock management and inventory control
Assisting with sales and marketing initiatives to drive growth
Ensuring clear communication with customers and team members, utilizing English language
Added Advantage: Experience using Canvas for content creation & Familiarity with managing social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
Location: KANDY
Salary : Basic Rs.80,000 + (Commission according to the targets achieved and social media reach) = Average minimum take home salary Rs. 100,000 ++
Working Hours : 9:00am - 5:00pm
Working Days : 6 days per week
Working location : Mainly based in Buwelikada (Kandy) Showroom but will be travelling for content creation purpose to KCC and Pallekelle factory.
Minimum Requirement: Advance Level and A diploma or degree in marketing will be an additional advantage
Minimum Experience: 1 year
