SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER

Digital Marketing & Brand Communications

QUALIFICATIONS

◆ Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or Digital Media

◆ Min. 2 years' proven social media management experience

◆ Expert proficiency in Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok & YouTube

◆ Hands-on experience with Meta Business Suite, scheduling tools & analytics

◆ Creative eye for visual content; Canva / basic design skills required

◆ Passionate, trend-aware digital native with initiative and energy

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

◆ Develop and execute CAGS's social media strategy across all platforms

◆ Plan and publish engaging daily content calendars

◆ Track analytics, optimise performance and generate monthly reports

◆ Grow community engagement, run campaigns and manage partnerships
