Servisco Enterprises in Wastewater Cleaning, sofa carpet cleaning house office cleaning industrial and residential cleaning is looking for an experienced and responsible Operations Manager to oversee and manage our daily cleaning services and wastewater Gully Bowser service operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily all cleaning services and wastewater service operations
* Manage field staff, drivers, cleaning teams, equipment, and vehicles
* Ensure all jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and on time
* Communicate with Staff and handle service-related inquiries
* Prepare work schedules and allocate staff and resources
* Monitor service quality and maintain high customer satisfaction
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
* Maintain operational records and submit regular management reports
* Support business growth and improve operational efficiency
#Requirements
* Previous experience in the cleaning Industry, wastewater, drainage, sanitation, environmental services, or a similar industry
* Strong leadership and team-management skills
* Good communication and customer-service skills
* Ability to manage multiple jobs and solve operational problems
* Knowledge of workplace health and safety procedures
* Ability to work flexible hours when required
