Job Overview:
As a Social Media Expert, you will be responsible for managing the company’s social media platforms, creating and curating content, engaging with the audience, and driving brand awareness. You will work closely with the marketing and content teams to ensure that social media strategies align with overall business goals and contribute to measurable success.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement social media strategies that align with business goals.
Create, schedule, and publish engaging and high-quality content across various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
Manage and grow the company's or client's social media presence through consistent posting, community engagement, and interaction with followers.
Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a "social" way, while maintaining the brand’s voice and tone.
Design and execute campaigns to promote products, services, or events, and collaborate with the marketing team to ensure integration with broader marketing initiatives.
Use social media advertising tools (e.g., Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads) to run paid campaigns and optimize results.
Track and analyze social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns, identify trends, and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and platform updates, and implement new strategies as needed.
Collaborate with graphic designers, videographers, and content creators to develop visually appealing content.
Engage with influencers or partner with third-party organizations to enhance brand visibility and reach.
Perform audience research to understand demographics, preferences, and behavior on different platforms.
Manage crisis communication on social media, addressing customer complaints or negative feedback professionally and promptly.
Monitor competitors' social media activities to identify new trends or opportunities.
Prepare and present performance reports to senior management or clients.
