🔹 Key Responsibilities
🔹 Plan, create, and manage high-quality content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
🔹 Develop monthly content calendars and campaign strategies.
🔹 Manage paid ads (Meta Ads) with targeting, optimization, and reporting.
🔹 Respond to comments/messages and engage with audiences to build brand presence.
🔹 Work closely with the design and marketing team to execute creative ideas.
🔹 Analyse performance insights and prepare monthly reports.
🔹 Requirements
🔹 Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.
🔹 Ability to create engaging content (English and Sinhala).
🔹 Experience in Meta Ads Manager is a big advantage.
🔹 Basic knowledge of Canva / graphic design tools.
🔹 Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
🔹 Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
