We are looking for a motivated and experienced Showroom Sales Manager to lead our showroom operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing the sales team, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining the overall appearance and performance of the showroom.
Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day showroom operations.
• Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets.
• Deliver excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries professionally.
• Monitor inventory and coordinate with the warehouse when required.
• Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate records.
• Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
• Implement sales and promotional activities to increase revenue.
Requirements
• Previous experience in showroom sales or retail management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to meet sales targets and work under pressure.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
• School leavers with strong sales experience are encouraged to apply.
