We are looking for a friendly, well-presented, and customer-oriented Showroom Receptionist to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist customers visiting the showroom.
Answer telephone calls and respond to customer inquiries.
Maintain the reception area in a clean and professional manner.
Schedule appointments and coordinate customer visits.
Handle basic administrative tasks and data entry.
Support the sales team with customer coordination when required.
Requirements:
Female candidates are welcome to apply.
Minimum G.C.E. O/L or A/L qualification.
Good communication skills in Sinhala and English.
Computer literacy (MS Office and email).
Pleasant personality with excellent customer service skills.
Previous experience as a receptionist or customer service representative is an advantage but not essential.
Salary: Negotiable (based on experience)
