To be the primary driver of sales for the business by expertly managing the customer journey from initial contact in-store or via WhatsApp through to successful closing and follow-up.
Responsibilities:
1. Act as the first point of contact and the face of the business for all walk-in customers.
2. Maintain excellent product knowledge and a presentable showroom.
3. Respond promptly and professionally to all WhatsApp and other digital inquiries.
4. Execute a daily follow-up routine: Make outbound calls and send messages to nurture leads, answer questions, and push for decisions.
5. Convert digital leads into appointments and sales, either in-store or over the phone.
6. Work towards and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
