ใ~ใโช Minimum of 5 years' experience in maintenance and facilities management.
ใ~ใโช Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance and facility management systems.
ใ~ใโช Experience in fleet management and vehicle maintenance is an advantage.
ใ~ใโช Excellent communication and organizational skills.
ใ~ใโช Ability to manage multiple tasks and work with various stakeholders.

ใ~ใโช Implement and manage Preventive Maintenance schedules to minimize disruptions and ensure equipment reliability.
ใ~ใโช Attend to maintenance requests promptly from various departments and resolve issues efficiently.
ใ~ใโช Oversee and coordinate with external service providers for maintenance, repairs, and facility upgrades.
ใ~ใโช Ensure the hygiene and cleanliness of the office premises and surrounding areas, adhering to company standards.
ใ~ใโช Monitor and maintain office equipment and systems to ensure optimal performance.
ใ~ใโช Monitor the running details of the company's fleet and ensure timely maintenance and servicing to maximize fleet performance.
ใ~ใโช Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the facility.
