Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in similar capacity

• Bachelor of Degree in Operations or any other equivalent

• Age should be below 35 years

• Strong Communications,Analytical,Critical thinking and

Job Roles

•Managing the finance reconciliation department of the retail channel by working closely with internal team to identify and correct the deviations within given timelines.

•Operate within the financial constraints of the budget

•Ability to drive vision and change,drive results

•Supervision of overall functioning of the Departement

•To manage the short and medium term operational aspects within the assigned departments,ensuring maximum profitability and optimal quality, in a legal and safe working environment.

•Take overall responsibility for the day to day operational aspects of the site and process post harvest.
