Manager - Galle

- Minimum of 5 years experience working in a similar capacity

- Extensive knowledge about the fashion industry

- Ability to identify current and future customer requirements

by establishing rapport with potential and actual customers

and other persons in a position to understand service

requirements

- Ability to maintains store staff job results by coaching,

counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring,

and appraising job results

- Keep the store and visual merchandising to a phenomenal

standard

- Computer literate with knowledge in MS Office

- Fluent in English, both oral and written
