NWOW International, a leading company in the electric bike industry, is seeking dynamic and motivated individuals to fill the following positions:
1. Branch Manager
Key Responsibilities:
● Oversee daily branch operations and ensure smooth functioning.
● Lead and manage the branch team to achieve sales and service targets.
● Develop and implement effective marketing strategies.
● Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and address any concerns.
● Monitor inventory and coordinate with suppliers for stock management.
Requirements:
● A degree from a recognized university is mandatory.
● Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in the electric or motor vehicle industry.
● Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
● Excellent communication skills in Sinhala and English.
● Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Age: Below 32 years old
Gender: Male preferred
2. Assistant Branch Manager
Key Responsibilities:
● Assist the Branch Manager in daily operations and staff management.
● Support in achieving sales and service objectives.
● Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional service.
● Assist in inventory management and stock checks.
Requirements:
● A degree from a recognized university is mandatory.
● Experience in the electric or motor vehicle industry is an advantage but not required.
● Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to customer service.
● Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Age: Below 32 years old
Gender: Male preferred
