• Develop & implement comprehensive sales strategies
to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Lead and manage a team of sales providing coaching
• Mentoring, and performance feedback
• Build strong relationships with customers and meet their
expectations
• Oversee all aspects of the showroom and operations,
ensuring clean
• Arrange Professional and welcoming environment
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with management
team
Qualifications:
• Minimum 4 – 6 years of experience in a sales leadership role preferably
in the retails industry
• Strong leadership and team management skills and ability to motivate and
inspire team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with focus on building rapport with customers
• Passion for sustainability and commitment to promote retail business of the showroom
• Passed G.C.E A/L or certificate or professional certificate/ Diploma of Sales or Marketing
