ใ~ใโช Age between 25-35 years.
ใ~ใโช Profit and loss accountability
ใ~ใโช Competent in the service flow and procedures
ใ~ใโช Knows the restaurant concept
ใ~ใโช Possess sound knowledge of all the menu items
ใ~ใโช Knows the various payment methods
ใ~ใโช Well-versed with the restaurant layout and table numberings
ใ~ใโช Knows the ongoing promotions
ใ~ใโช Able to manage, supervise and coach all FOH staff

ใ~ใโช Ensure profitability of the restaurant by achieving the sales target set by Management
ใ~ใโช Ensure smooth flow of the entire operations on a daily basis
ใ~ใโช Ensure all the staff adhere to Crystal Jade Kitchen's food quality standards and customer service stan- dards
ใ~ใโช Ensure the work safety, training and well-being of all staff in the restaurant
ใ~ใโช Ensure the security of cash and company properties in the restaurant
ใ~ใโช Ensure the overall cleanliness of restaurant
ใ~ใโช Ensure the proper maintenance of equipment and tools used in the restaurant
ใ~ใโช Take orders and set tables
ใ~ใโช Set time-table for the staff
ใ~ใโช Assist supervisor in daily operation of service department
ใ~ใโช Attend customer's complaints and requests when necessary
